One of the largest clear span timber frame structures in New England
Step inside the octagon and it takes your breath away. A beautiful, complex tangle of timbers is overhead with evidence of precision design & extensive engineering everywhere you look. The sheer size of the timbers joined together seemingly effortlessly is inspiring and reassuring at the same time. You get the sense that you’re standing in the midst of something special.
That’s the feeling that Sonny’s Place owners want their guests to experience when entering the octagon: that this is no ordinary building at no ordinary place.
We’re proud of the finished building and excited for it to be used by guests at Sonny’s Place. It was an honor to be given the opportunity to build such a unique structure. We are grateful for the owners of Sonny’s Place for trusting us with this project.
The octagon will house a 50' antique carousel. Look for an official opening date in the near future.
